  • You grant ninezero a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service
  • ninezero owns the software, workflows, and underlying systems

Generated materials are provided to you for your business use.

5. Confidentiality & Sharing

  • You control when and with whom buyer-facing materials are shared
  • ninezero is not responsible for third-party use once you share content externally

6. Fees & Payments

If fees apply, they will be clearly disclosed before purchase. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding:

  • Completeness or accuracy of generated materials
  • Business outcomes or buyer decisions

Use of the Service does not replace professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ninezero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
